<description>Thanks for this great article, Paula.

I, too, have found the exercise (3-5 gratitudes per day) to be a life-changer. So much so that my partner and I built a site called Thankfulfor (http://thankfulfor.com) a free online gratitude journal where people can write what they are thankful for each day (privately or publicly). I would love for you to try it out and let us know what you think, and also consider writing a guest post on our blog: http://blog.thankfulfor.com.

Cheers!
