Then he lived in England. Now he lives here. I asked him, with all of those varied experiences, which he preferred. Here, he said. In his homeland, he was very limited in what he could do and be. In England, there was a similar restriction. But, here! He said, Here, anyone can be anything they want to be! I am grateful that I was born HERE among other things large and small.
