You are so right, Kymberly … and sounds like you’ve got lots of experience with setting goals and developing action lists. Breaking it all down sure makes things more doable, doesn’t it?

Hi Paula: Yes those long range goals are so tough to tackle! Good advice in your posting to categorize! Nothing like a good action list to get going!
