Finding time to organize for traveling can be a big time management and planning challenge because there are so many variables involved.
You need to consider how long you’ll be gone, the purpose of your trip, the season, events you’ll be participating in, and other key details. If you’re not going to be traveling alone, are there others you need to help prepare? Is this a sudden trip or a long-planned vacation?
It also helps to factor in what you know about yourself. For example, if you tend to over-pack, you may want to be very specific about details like how many pairs of socks to bring!
There’s a lot to consider as you organize for any trip. This is especially important to think about as the holidays approach and many of us will be taking to the road. Here are 5 tips that I have found helpful:
Templates are great for many, many purposes – and for travel they are wonderful, as there are so many details to remember – many of which never change.
