The way you use your time is the way you live your life.

I’ve been meaning to write about Scribd since I first read about it in an article by Brad Stone in the NY Times last May.
Scribd appears to be a very flexible tool that will allow you to upload documents, articles, e-books … you name it … to the web where they can be shared or sold on the Scribd site. You can link your Scribd account to your Twitter account – and a similar link to Facebook is in the works. Brad Stone writes:
The Scribd Web site is the most popular of several document-sharing sites that take a YouTube-like approach to text, letting people upload sample chapters of books, research reports, homework, recipes and the like. Users can read documents on the site, embed them in other sites and share links over social networks and e-mail.
The Scribd Blog is an excellent source for up-to-date developments with this exciting tool. Meanwhile, the Scribd Support Desk offers help with technical issues, as well as FAQ documentation for many aspects Scribd.
While my VA is exploring the technical end of Scribd, I am thinking about the many new possibilities that this opens up for sharing information in Cyberspace! We’ve been looking for a way to get our Finding Time E-zine archive accessible on the web, and this looks like it may be just the thing. Here, for example, is a link to an E-zine from March 2007 that we just uploaded.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks as we explore Scribd and the many opportunities that it presents for finding time to share information more widely on the web.
Meanwhile – are you already using Scribd? What has been your experience? I’d love to hear!
What if you could find another hour every day? You can! You are invited to sign up and download The New Finding Time Boundary Template. It’s FREE, and when you sign up you will also receive (if you don’t already) my FREE, weekly Finding Time Tips and my FREE, monthly Award-Winning Finding Time E-zine!
Let’s explore time together …
