Procrastination is an issue that gets to the heart of how we use the time that we have. As the river of time flows on, how do we choose to use our moments?
Most of us procrastinate about some things at some times. But for some of us, our delaying tactics and unhelpful time choices can become very disruptive and stressful in our live. How can you tell if this is the case for you?
