Finding Time to Stop and Enjoy the Peaches!

Time Finder Peaches!Peach season is upon us!  It’s hard to believe we are approaching mid-September … when it seems only yesterday I was celebrating the arrival of our blueberries.

Now begins the annual race with our local wildlife to claim the peaches.  As the intoxicating fragrance permeates the September air … will we be able to harvest our lovely, ripe fruit before the bears, raccoons and deer devour it?

Taking care to nourish myself with food that is as healthy as it is flavorful is one of my core values. For me that means eating organically – and that includes the delicious fruit we grow on the farm.

As we move more deeply into autumn, I’m going to turn my focus toward values.  Developing values that nourish your spirit and your energy is one of the most rewarding ways you can honor your life.
