Posted on February 25, 2013, under Time and Technology.

productivity toolsProductivity tools abound on the internet.  They are fashioned for PC’s and Mac’s, for working on-line and off, and for most any situation and work environment you can imagine.

Here at The Time Finder the range of  favorite tools ranges from the low-tech (my timer and sticky notes) to cloud-based applications like Evernote, Dropbox, AutoHotKey, and Remember The Milk – all of which are frequently used by my VA.  And then, of course, there’s WordPress!

Productivity Tools:  Here’s Where You Come In

There are all sorts of curated lists of top productivity tools and tips … many of which are very useful.

But what I am curious about this morning are the productivity tools that readers of The Time Finder are using and loving these days.

Whether it’s a file sharing platform, a time-tracking app, a text-expander, or a to-do list template, what’s your go-to, everyday, most-used productivity tool?  Is it high-tech or not?

Not only that, but are there productivity tools that you’d like to see us explore here on our Cyber Monday’s?  We’d be happy to test a tool and write a review for you here – just let us know.

So, please feel invited to leave a comment here.  Share your #1 Go-To Time Saver … and let us know why it’s so helpful to you.  And then share your questions and suggestions, too – I’d love to hear what you think!

And here’s something more to consider – probably one of the biggest things that gets in the way of productivity for all of us:  self-criticism!

Do Critical Voices Drive You Crazy?Critical Voices

The nagging voice of self criticism is one of the biggest time traps that holds creative, talented, energetic people back and keeps them from living their fullest lives and attaining success.

It’s a huge problem, and that’s why I am thrilled to announce that today marks the launch of my new Exercise and Guide Book titled, “‘These Critical Voices Are Driving Me Crazy!’ How to Use Positive Self-Talk to Save Your Sanity and Your Time!” offers proven techniques and practical tips to quiet those disruptive, haunting and hostile voices of self-criticism.

We really can make conscious choices about the kinds of messages that we give ourselves.  And as an added bonus when you purchase this Exercise and Guide Book you can quickly get back your investment. You’ll find all the details at the end of the Guide Book.

So, this Exercise and Guide Book gives you a step-by-step path to take back your power and quiet the self-criticism that saps your confidence, your energy, and your time.
