Transitions – Look Back, Assimilate and Transform Your Time

Springtime Blossoms

Transitions transform your time!

There’s so much potential at this time of year, isn’t there? Seasonal transitions — really any transitions — are exciting and transformative! And they can be a little bit disorienting, too.  Quite often transitions involve taking one step forward then two steps back.

We get there eventually, but change is never linear … and it  takes time!

So as we step into this brand new month, I like to pause, as always, and look back at what readers of The Time Finder were most drawn to in the days and weeks that have brought us here. This process of assimilation and planning helps me see what you’re looking for so I can address it as we move ahead.  Also, it’s just fun!

So, here’s a quick compilation of the 3 posts that were most visited during April. Just click the links to read them in detail. And read all the way to the end.  I’ve got something very special for you – and it will be disappearing on Friday!

Throughout our days, we all experiences lots of demands and distractions.  Sometimes they come from family, friends, and co-workers – and sometimes they come from ourselves – from deep inside.  Maybe we give ourselves perfectionistic messages, or we amp up our stress levels with constant whispers of worry.

When we’re navigating transitions we are most vulnerable to the things that can throw us off track – wherever they come from. But the good news here is that we actually have a lot of power in this situation.

So, what if the Voices you hear – the messages you give yourself – lifted you up instead of bringing you down?
