Find Time to Listen and Learn from What Your Body Has to Say!

Finding time to pay attention to the messages that your body is sending you can be one of the most helpful time choices you ever make.  After all, who knows more about how you are feeling than YOU?!

But the reality is that, more often than not, we aren’t aware of what our bodies are saying to us.  Or, if we are, we very often choose to ignore the messages and push ahead.

The result of that can be debilitating – everything from illness to injury to chronic lack of energy.

Think about it.  Would you ignore a friend who needed to talk to you?  What if, at first, you didn’t understand what he or she was saying?  Do you think you might slow down and focus more closely?  Listen harder and with more attention?  Ask some questions, perhaps?

There’s a very powerful and productive dialogue that you can be having with your body and your own unique energy flows and patterns. Learning to pay attention to the language of your body, and choosing to make time for this in your life will help you tap into wells of energy that you didn’t even know that you had.  As well, it will help you avoid getting tangled up in stress and overwhelm.

Life is stressful enough!  You need to be your own best ally in your everyday life – and listening to what your body is trying to tell you is a vital piece of that alliance!
