When you recharge your energy, you are finding time.
And finding time may just be one of the finest gifts going at this time of year!
Now that you’re in the midst of the holiday season, wouldn’t you love to find time to travel someplace deliciously restorative? Sounds exotic and expensive, doesn’t it? But it’s easier than you think, when you create a trusty path to your own, inner “power sanctuary”.
What I mean by a “power sanctuary” is an inner haven that you create for yourself. There you can take the time you need to recharge your vitality and develop quiet confidence.
It’s a place where you find time to listen to your heart speak its deepest wisdom. You accept yourself, and appreciate your uniqueness! And you emerge from your sanctuary with renewed ease and decisiveness.
Why not indulge yourself?
To start, just envision what a mini power sanctuary might look like and feel like to you. Can you see it? Don’t worry if an image doesn’t come right away … give it some time. Relax and breathe in clear, calm energy. You’ll see and feel it soon!
As you access this bubbling wellspring of vitality, you can draw on it throughout your day. You’ll stay much more focused, optimistic, centered and productive.
Developing your power to visualize your way into a circle of calm enriches you in many ways.
- You can learn lessons from troubles that used to stop you in your tracks.
- Instead of amplifying others’ distress, you can take a gentle step back, remaining empathic, not embroiled.
- And perhaps best of all, you experience firsthand your enormous power to make your life better, not later, but right now!
