Letting Go, Moving Ahead, Finding Time by Staying in the Flow

flow river time

You flow in the river of time.

There’s a flow to time. Have you noticed?

Nearing the end of another week, I’m guessing that, like me, you’ve needed to let go of some plans, while finding time for unforeseen new tasks.

Our lives fluctuate while time, like a river, continues steadily along its course. Sometimes it feels relentless, that flow.

When you’re falling behind, time’s steadiness can almost feel like it’s taunting you, can’t it?

It’s all about flow…and letting go.

So, what if life throws you a curve ball and you need to re-prioritize, and end up missing an important deadline … thereby losing a project?

That loss is final. You may work on a different project, but this particular one is gone, along with everything that might have followed from it. So recognizing this fact and letting go is very important if you want to stay in the flow.

That’s because, when you try to hold on, your loss is compounded. You miss other moments, other opportunities. The river of time flows on, stopping for no one.

Flow and your time choices.

Every time choice you make affects your life’s course. This is so very important.

Sometimes the choice may seem insignificant – sometimes quite dramatic. Always, though, the time choice and its impact are meaningful. When you are clear about this, you can be in charge of your direction in exciting and empowered ways.

So, I invite you to think back and reflect. How have specific time choices changed the flow of your life?

Let memories and images float up from your subconscious. What you discover may surprise you.
