Self-Talk and Abundance: Your Path to Fulfillment

Create abundance
Abundance is yours…

Abundance is a term that gets bandied about a lot in online circles.

And at the same time, in today’s uncertain economic climate abundance may sound like an aspiration that’s out of reach.

What is abundance?

Is abundance about how much you possess? Is it reflected in how much free time you have? Or is it something different?

Many of us carry outmoded and self-limiting ways of thinking about abundance, or about things like time and money and success. And I would argue that it’s our mindset that defines what we see and feel, as well as what we actually DO or HAVE.

Surprisingly often, we give ourselves small but persistent messages that are basically undermining. And we’re so used to doing it that we hardly notice that we’re whispering “I CAN’T” when we actually probably CAN.

Once you start to listen…

…you begin to notice what you’re saying to yourself. You come to recognize the inner voices that sap your energy and creativity. They limit your aspirations, hobble your efforts, and significantly diminish your experience of each moment.

In my work as a coach and teacher, I help my clients become familiar with the negative thoughts and habitual snippets of self-talk that undermine their confidence and drive.

It’s so empowering…

The thing is that once you’re able to see what’s happening, you’re in a position to develop positive, inspiring and validating messages to counter the negativity. This isn’t about being unrealistic. It’s important for your dreams and goals to have roots, as well as wings.

Rather, it’s about affirming with clear-eyed gratitude and positivity, the abundance that is possible. Indeed, in any given moment, abundance is no less possible than scarcity. So, why not see it that way?

Are you ready to open to success and prosperity?  Ready to start exploring your full potential, setting aside the negative self-talk that holds you back?

What keeps you stuck?  And what will be your first step to free yourself?

Here’s some more help for you…

We all have voices that chatter at us throughout the day. The Inner Critic is one of them. Learning to recognize (and counter) this destructive voice is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

You see, the Inner Critic is a negative, debilitating and constant presence in your life.  And it’s not just the words. It’s the judgmental tone, the rolling eyes, and the scolding wag of the index finger. Beyond sapping your energy and confidence, your Inner Critic robs you of time and profoundly distorts how you see others and how you feel about yourself. So, what can you do?
