When your home and/or workspace are cluttered you tend to feel cluttered and unorganized on the inside, causing you more stress. Your external environment affects your internal peace and quiet. Removing unnecessary items is like taking a deep breath — ahhhh!

You’ll be able to think and reason more clearly, which will help you deal with some of the core issues that are causing your stress. Likewise, when your body is nourished properly, it functions optimally. You’ll feel better and have more energy for whatever comes your way — thereby reducing stress.
