Xendo – Check it Out for Fast Searching (AND Finding Time)

Magnifying Glass Search

Search faster with Xendo

Xendo is a search tool that my VA recently told me about.

It allows you to do a quick search across multiple online applications and offers you an organized view of relevant documents, e-mails, contacts, etc.

If you’ve ever ‘lost’ a vital document  or e-mail, you know how frustrating that can be, AND how it can slow you down. And the more pressure you’re under, the less likely you are to be able to find what you’re looking for.

Well, enter Xendo.

Setting up Xendo is pretty easy. You have to sign up for an account (there are free and paid versions). Then you give Xendo permission to access the apps that you want it to be able to search. (Permissions can be revoked at any time).

There is a Chrome extension for Xendo that gives you easy access in your browser, if you’re a Chrome user.

Here’s a brief video showing you how to set Xendo up – and how it works.

And here’s a video about setting up and using the Chrome Extension:

Once you’re set up on Xendo you can conduct searches either from your Dashboard or from your browser (if you’re on Chrome). Searches can be targeted to specific cloud platforms, or you can search across every one of your cloud services at once (assuming that you’ve granted Xendo access).

Xendo looks like a powerful integrated tool for streamlining searches of your cloud-based information and presenting it to you in a user-friendly format.

Why not give it a look? If you’re trying to find something fast and don’t know where to start, Xendo may be just the thing!
