The way you use your time is the way you live your life.
My name is Paula Eder. I am a life coach and executive and organizational consultant, a distance learning specialist and writer of articles … and now a blogger! For nearly 35 years I’ve maintained a thriving private practice in rural New Hampshire, and have, over the past several years, become more involved in the virtual learning community. My passions include helping individuals and organizations align their personal values with their practical, daily life choices, and discover and develop effective paths for finding the time they need for projects, goals, life satisfaction, and career success.I earned my M.A. at the University of Michigan and my Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley. Drawn to the natural beauty of New Hampshire and the staunch independence of its residents, I’ve lived on a working farm for many years with my husband, and various much loved animal companions.
I am fascinated with time and its ability to hold the most profound and the most mundane moments simultaneously. Time, like money, is value-neutral – it’s how we choose to use it that defines us and shapes our lives.
I love working with people to recognize and help facilitate the small time choices that lead to large, life changes … because the way you use your time is the way you live your life!
Other Experience and Affiliations:
I have been a member of the MentorCoach, LLC, ICF-accredited Coach University community since 2002. Seligman, Ph.D., and Ben Dean, Ph.D. I’ve worked as a Telephonic Distance Learning Specialist and Director of Organizational Learning and Change at a local college. I also teach graduate students through virtual teleclasses to develop time processes for successfully completing their research projects.

About The Time Finder Blog:
The Time Finder Blog premiered in June of 2008. My posts feature tips on time, getting organized, setting boundaries, productivity, energy, values … anything having to do with time, from the concrete and practical to the thought-provoking and philosophical. I write at least twice weekly, including news about my teleseminars, great discussions (as our community grows), an expanding collection of time-related products, and links to other great resources around time management and related skills.
