Finding Time When There’s Too Much On Your Plate

PlatesFinding time when your plate is already full is a challenge that each of us faces more and more, it seems.  This is one of the down sides to the instant access to information (and to one another) that is afforded by cell phones, the internet, and the numerous other wonderful technological tools that we now have at our fingertips.

Indeed, while technology provides us with many wonderful opportunities, it also brings us new challenges when it comes to prioritizing our time and establishing time boundaries.  If we don’t work continually to manage our focus and time priorities … and stick to those boundaries, we can easily end up with too much on our plates!

My friend and colleague Melissa McCreery is a psychologist, mom, and solopreneur who knows first-hand the challenges of maintaining balance and productivity in a busy life.  She created National Too Much on Her Plate Week, to help bring focus to the challenges that busy women face – and to share helpful resources and information.

The goal of this week is to help busy women … just like you … access the skills and tools to regain control of your life and your time -and move away from that feeling of overwhelm that can be such a part of modern living.  It doesn’t have to be that way!

National Too Much On Her Plate Week starts today and runs ’til October 24th.  And speaking of time choices and time boundaries, don’t forget to sign up for Wednesday’s FREE Teleclass.  I’ll be interviewed by Melissa as part of this week-long celebration.

That’s Wednesday, October 21 at 7PM ET. Please join us then – it’s going to be an excellent class and I’d love to have you there!

What if you could find another hour every day? You can! You are invited to sign up and download The New Finding Time Personal Boundary Template. It’s FREE, and when you sign up you will also receive (if you don’t already) my FREE, weekly Finding Time Tips and my FREE, monthly Award-Winning Finding Time E-zine!

Let’s explore time together …
